Refund policy

At NEART, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you need to return a product, please review the following policy carefully. All return requests must be submitted via email to info@neartusa.com. Before any product can be returned, NEART must issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. A copy of the RMA must be included with your return shipment.

To qualify for a return, products must be in new condition and returned in their original, undamaged packaging. Items returned without original packaging, with damaged packaging, or damaged in any way are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee. Used, damaged, or modified goods may be refused credit upon inspection. Please note that special order items are not returnable. All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt at our facility.

Returns received more than 30 days from the original purchase date may also be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee. NEART will not issue credit for products damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging, so please pack all items carefully.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is found to be defective. Eligible returns will receive a merchandise credit within 7–10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
